1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  
• The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  
• The item must include all tags, manuals, accessories, and invoice.
  

⚠️ Certain products such as personal care items, hygiene-related goods, or customized orders are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at meutoo09@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
   
2. Our team will review your request and share the return shipping address or pickup details.
   
3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund or replacement.
   

3. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
  
• In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI (details to be provided by the customer).
  

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We offer free replacements or exchanges for products that are:

• Damaged in transit
  
• Defective on arrival
  
• Incorrectly delivered
  

Please share unboxing video proof or clear images within 48 hours of delivery to help us process your replacement smoothly.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase or before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
